Flatmates in Wellington

Hi, I'm Nghi, a 19-year-old finance student based in Wellington looking for a place to call home from February 2027. I'm a pretty straightforward housemate—I keep to myself during study and work periods but enjoy casual conversations and a relaxed living environment. I'm looking for a furnished room in a share house, flat, or studio in the Wellington Region or Pipitea area for about 12 weeks, with a budget of $250 per week. I'm flexible on most things like bathroom setup and internet, and I don't need parking since I get around without a car. I'm keen to find a chill household where everyone respects shared spaces and can coexist without too much fuss.

An incoming master's student at Victoria University of Wellington, I am a conservationist from the Philippines who enjoys exploring nature, discovering new places, learning about wildlife and biodiversity, and meeting people from different cultures. I am friendly, easygoing, and open-minded, and I would love to share Filipino culture while learning about my future flatmates' backgrounds and experiences. As a roommate, I value cleanliness, respect for personal space, and open communication. I understand the importance of being considerate and contributing to a comfortable, peaceful home. I am looking for accommodation in Kelburn with a budget of NZ$200-250 per week, ideally with friendly and respectful flatmates who want to create a welcoming living environment while pursuing our individual goals.

I'm pretty adaptable as a housemate—I keep to my own rhythm but I'm always up for a chat or grabbing food with flatmates when the vibe is right. I'm looking for furnished accommodation with reliable internet, which I'll need for my studies, and I'm flexible about bathroom setups depending on what works best for the household.
