Nghi Phuc Nguyen

Hi, I'm Nghi, a 19-year-old finance student based in Wellington looking for a place to call home from February 2027. I'm a pretty straightforward housemate—I keep to myself during study and work periods but enjoy casual conversations and a relaxed living environment. I'm looking for a furnished room in a share house, flat, or studio in the Wellington Region or Pipitea area for about 12 weeks, with a budget of $250 per week. I'm flexible on most things like bathroom setup and internet, and I don't need parking since I get around without a car. I'm keen to find a chill household where everyone respects shared spaces and can coexist without too much fuss.
