Flatmates in Rotorua

Hi! I'm Keerthi. I am joining Toi ohomai Institute of Technology Rotorua campus for Novmber intake. We are a family with one 6 year old kid. I'm looking for a master bedroom or double bedroom in a share house or one bedroom property for about six months starting late October 2026, ideally around Toi ohomai Institute Rotorua . We arepretty straightforward flatmate and my kid is well behaved — I keep to myself during my study time but enjoy a friendly household vibe, and I'm looking for a place with a maximum of two other flatmates so there's a nice balance of space and community. The essentials for me are a furnished room, reliable internet (which I'll need for my studies), and flexible bathroom arrangements. My budget is $250 to $ 350 per week, and I'm keen to find a comfortable, welcoming home where I can settle in and focus on my course without any stress.
