Find a room
Search the Flathive rooms portal and message owners about a place you like.
Confirm your match
Once you and an owner agree on a room, tell us which listing it was — we'll check it over before you move on to the next step.
Sign the agreement
Sign your rental agreement with the owner — using Flathive's own agreement tool, or completely outside the platform (e.g. a paper lease). Either way is fine.
Share your story
Record a short video about your search — from not knowing where to start, to finding your perfect home.
Agree to the disclosure
Give us permission to share your video on social media and other Flathive channels.
Get paid
Add your bank details and we'll transfer your prize.
