"1 Week's Rent Free" Promotion

• Open to Flathive users in New Zealand who register while logged in and hold a Flathive flatmate profile.
• You must complete every step of the process — creating a flatmate profile, finding and confirming a room through Flathive, signing your rental agreement with the owner, submitting your story video, agreeing to the disclosure below, and providing bank details.
• Only one entry is permitted per participant. Attempting to register more than once will not create additional entries.
• Only one winning entry is permitted per landlord/property owner — if more than one entrant names the same landlord, only the first entry approved for that landlord is eligible to win.

Flathive will approve at most five (5) winning entries per calendar month, on a first-complete-first-reviewed basis among entrants who have finished every step above. The promotion may be paused, extended, or closed by Flathive at any time.

As part of your entry, you agree to record and submit a short video about your Flathive experience, and you must agree to Flathive's disclosure statement permitting Flathive to use, edit, and share that video on social media and other Flathive marketing channels. Entries without an agreed disclosure are not eligible for the prize.

• Flathive determines eligibility and prize approval at its sole discretion, including verifying that a genuine room match and tenancy agreement occurred.
