I'm a pretty relaxed and considerate housemate—I keep to myself during study hours but genuinely enjoy a friendly household dynamic, and I'm happy to help with shared spaces and communal stuff. I'm looking for furnished accommodation with reliable internet and off-street parking, and I'm flexible about bathroom arrangements, so I'm open to different setups whether that's a private room, shared room, or even a whole studio or granny flat. Ideally I'd be living with no more than two other flatmates to keep things calm and manageable, and my budget is $250 per week.
