Sanjay Bishwokarma

Hey! I'm Sanjay, a 24-year-old business student based in Auckland, and I'm looking for a short-term student flat in the CBD area for a four-week stay starting November 2026. I'm a pretty straightforward guy who values a clean, organised living space and gets along well with others — I'm respectful of shared spaces and my housemates' routines. I need a furnished room with reliable internet for my studies and work, and I'm happy with a shared bathroom setup; parking isn't a concern for me. I'm ideally looking for a household with one or two other flatmates max, where there's a friendly vibe and everyone's just going about their business without too much drama — honestly, I just need a comfortable base while I'm in the city.
