Sofia

Hi! I'm Sofia, an 18-year-old student looking for a flatmate situation starting January 2027 for a full year. I'm easygoing and adaptable—I'm flexible with furnishings and bathroom setups, and I'm happy living with up to four flatmates in a share flat or house. I need reliable internet for my studies and on-street parking, and I'm based around the Ilam, Avonhead, and Upper Riccarton areas with a budget of $250 per week. I'm looking for a laid-back household where we can get along well and share space comfortably—I'm keen to find people who are considerate and up for a relaxed flatmate dynamic!
