Hi, I'm Jack, an 18-year-old student looking for a place to call home while I study. I'm a pretty laid-back person who values a balanced lifestyle — I'm focused on my studies during the day but love unwinding with my flatmates in the evenings, whether that's cooking together, watching something, or just hanging out. I'm flexible about most things when it comes to living space, whether it's furnished or unfurnished, but I do need off-street parking and a place in the Ilam or Canterbury area that fits my $200-a-week budget. I'm after student accommodation for about 36 weeks starting mid-February 2027, ideally with a small group of no more than four flatmates who are friendly and genuine — I think the best flats are the ones where people actually get along and respect each other's space.
