Hi, I'm Nic, a 30-year-old working full-time in healthcare, and I'm looking for a place in Auckland (ideally around the CBD, Grafton, or Newmarket area) starting in November 2026. I'm a straightforward, reliable person who values a respectful household — I keep things tidy, respect shared spaces, and work regular hours, so I'm generally pretty predictable as a flatmate. I'm flexible on most things and open to different living arrangements, whether that's a room in a share house or flat, a studio, or something like a granny flat, as long as there's an ensuite and it fits within my $320/week budget. I'm looking for a comfortable, low-drama living situation with no more than three other people, ideally somewhere quiet where everyone can just get on with their lives — if you're a considerate household that values a bit of peace and routine, I reckon we'd get along great.
