Hi I'm eliot — I'll be subletting (with my landlord's permission) this unique A-frame chalet in Brooklyn, as I travel overseas. I've put a lot of thought and care into creating a warm, comfortable, and fully furnished home. Much of the furniture has been custom-designed and built, giving the space a personal and relaxed feel. It's a quiet, private spot with plenty of sun, and I'm looking for someone who will enjoy living here. A responsible person with a penchant for cleanliness who will care for and respect the furniture and furnishings surrounding them. Although I will be overseas, I will keep things simple, straightforward and transparent ensuring an easy going experience for both of us, with good and open communication. The rental agent will always be more than happy to help if anything comes up during your stay. The preferred person (or couple) would be a professional, and be able to provide employment & housing history, as well as references.
