About the flatmates

Welcoming singles or couples to view these two lovely, modern rooms available in a wonderful furnished house in Strathmore Park. The house is full of retro decor for a fun living environment, and it gets all-day sun. The two rooms are mostly unfurnished (negotiable). The carpet will be shampooed before you move in. Bond is only two weeks rent! One smaller room is available now ($200 pw), with a second larger room available Sept 6 Option to take BOTH rooms I have listed for $480 PW (great for couples!) Bond: Two weeks rent Lease length : Short or long term, but prefer long. Bills : Split evenly and paid monthly (average $25 per week) You'll be sharing the house with 1 alternative muso and VFX artist, and a cute elderly cat. There is an option to have your own cat in the future. (Sorry, I must stipulate strictly no dogs are allowed.) Our landlord is very lovely and helpful. The larger room fits a queen bed easily, and is large enough for couples with minimal furniture. I'm happy to measure everything for your information. It features a modern built-in wardrobe with railing and drawers, and the sliding doors open to the back garden. This backyard features the perfect space for drying washing and summer hang-outs. We have ample garden space to set up vege plantings, a big lounge with a projector screen (movie nights are common!), and a sunny kitchen area with extensive cupboard space. The kitchen has gas stove elements and oven. Amenities: Washing machine and dishwasher heat-pump in the lounge shared bar fridge + large fridge/freezer We will have a BBQ on-site during summer + ice maker.
