Hi there We have 1 room has come up for rent in our 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom Townhouse in Sandringham. Ground level: Garage + laundry, One bedroom and bathroom: taken 2nd floor: Lounge, open plan dining and kitchen, a separate toilet 3rd floor: One master ensuite and two bedrooms with one shared bathroom ( 1 bedroom available from 26th November onwards) Current flatmates are 2 female and 1 male, Within marketing, finance and hospitality industry. The house is very laid back. A sanctuary to unwind after a long day. We have a good convo and also give each other space to do our own thing.
