About the property

Rachael and I bought this property September 2023, and have loved every second of it. We’ve had two flatmates to help us out with the mortgage, but one of them is moving down to Palmerston North. The house itself is at the end of a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac, away from the general tenacity of Otahuhu. There’s a decent sized lawn, and the neighbours are nice. Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. We have furniture in storage, however feel free to bring your own. There is also a wardrobe built into the wall. If you find that you have a lot of stuff, there is a huge amount of storage space in the garage. Feel free to use as much of that as you like. We all do our own dishes and washing, but we share chores like vacuuming and lawnmowing etc.

About the flatmates

Tanner - I’m the quiet one. It’s not because I’m shy but simply because I actually just don’t like talking. I cook for myself and Rachael and I work the 9-5, but while I’m home, I won’t be out of my room much. Rachael - Currently working in admin within the healthcare sector. Will be working from home occasionally. I am a self-taught Crocheter 🧶 and a major bookworm 📖. Out of the two of us, I am the more social one. Bongo, Banjo and Ollie - 2 cats and a dog. All very well behaved.
