My house is a cute stand alone 1940’s villa, with a large enclosed and private backyard and sunny deck. I have a decent sized lounge and kitchen, with a shared bathroom and toilet. House is great for bbqs and having friends over, especially in summer. The room has a sunny outlook in the afternoons and is fully furnished with a double bed with duvet, dresser, desk and wardrobe for excellent storage. I have some sheets etc but you might want to supplement them with your own. Wall panel heater installed for the colder months and an overhead fan for the summer. Located on the cusp of Onehunga and Penrose, easy access to train and bus and motorway. Halfway between Ellerslie and onehunga, so loads of options. About the flatmates

I’m a single woman working full time as an Art Conservator. Pretty easy going, like to watch movies or the odd netflix binge on a weekend. I have a side hustle of felted crafts and do the odd market and online sales. I also enjoy cooking and baking , and frankly having someone to help me eat the baking would probably be a good thing! I have 2 cats who sleep inside but spend the day outside usually. They are friendly but people shy, so they take a while to warm up to new folks.
