a comfortable, well-equipped Two bedroom house in Panorama Rd (between Penrose Rd and Ellerslie/Panmure highway) its a very safe and quiet stand alone house sharing with one other no bond - a weeks notice all required 1st and last week in advance is the moving in cost ( last week is held and used when you give notice for the last week) mid sized double bedroom with wardrobe is furnished with a near new queen bed and desk Can be unfurnished if desired no problem, carpark off street light bright and fully set up house with theatre and small gym open fully fenced courtyard its a quiet safe and warm space sharing inside space with a quiet 30's kiwi guy you will be left to do your own thing he is very clean and courteous - easy going - the furnishings etc are very comfortable

Only a weeks notice you pay first and last week when you move in so your last week is already paid for when you give notice 1 existing flatmate. Cheerful 30's guy who works local, easy going and tidy, quiet and considerate
