My wife, our 2-year-old, and I are looking for a considerate and responsible flatmate to join our family home. This is not a party house – it’s a quiet, respectful home environment. We both work full-time and keep things pretty relaxed during the week, so we’re ideally looking for someone who is tidy, easygoing, and values a peaceful living space. The house is large, and the upstairs area is mostly unused by us – so you’ll have your own private space including a bedroom, your own bathroom, and a small living area. It’s a great setup if you like having your own space while still being part of a home. We’re located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, with Sylvia Park mall and the train station within walking distance, making it super convenient. The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, and good storage space. We’re a friendly, down-to-earth family who enjoy cooking, movies, and quiet time at home, but we also respect privacy and personal space. Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, and high-speed internet). We require a 2-week bond and 1 week’s rent in advance.
