About the property
Looking for a flatmate to join two males in their 30s. We both work full time, and prefer tidy, considerate and responsible individuals, especially as I work regularly from home. A very spacious downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Queen bed and wardrobe provided. You will need your own bedding. The house is less than 5 mins walk to a nearby bus stop, with regular buses going into the CBD. The rent is $280 per week + $20 for internet, water and electricity. The bond will be $600.
