All bills included, with reasonable use - so easy if you just need to move in and chill - house fully furnished - just need your suitcase. Am okay with short stays - but 1 month minimum. Also opposite main bus stop, park and new cafe on the corner - great location.

About the flatmates

I am a chilled 40's female who works a lot - have a chilled young dog but she is taken to daycare etc - so no hassle for you - she doesn't shed, so good for allergies and is friendly. It's a chilled space, I work with people so sometimes just need to unplug and recharge and will keep to myself, but also easy going and social at times as well. I am rainbow so need someone to be an ally at least - or it isn't an issue for you at all.
