About the property

Kia Ora! We have a flatmate who is moving out so we have a spacious room with a view of the front yard currently available. We’re looking for a female to move in, the average age of the flat is late 20s. We are all independent and do our own thing, additionally this is not a party flat. The flat is occupied with 2 full time workers (married) and 1 PhD student. The flatmate who is moving out owns majority of the household items, so we’ll be slowly replacing items. No pets allowed. Further details: - Available 3 May 2026 - This house is located in a safe area and location is conveniently located not far from both Riccarton and Northland mall - Rent is $155 per week - Power & internet is divided equally at the end of each month. - Bond is $465 which will be given to the flatmate moving out - 5 min drive to UoC - 10 min drive to the CBD - We have different bus routes available heading to the city/airport, UC, Riccarton mall, etc. all within walking distance - It is an old house, however, the landlord is proactive about taking care of the property/enquiries If you’re interested we’d love to hear from you, feel free to message me some details about yourself 🙂
