Hi y'all! Up for rent here is 1 great mid sized room (roughly 3m x 3.5m) in our lovely sunny home located on Greenwoods Corner, Epsom. We (3 guys aged early 20's to early 40's) are looking for a hip new living companion to share our humble abode. House is very spacious with large living room, basic kitchen and bathroom (plus additional toilet in laundry). Plenty of grassy outdoor living area and off street parking. Room is furnished with single bed & bedding, low drawers, desk & chair. 40" TV with chromecast also available if wanted. Can also be emptied if none of the furnishings are required. Shops and restaurants right outside the door and just a short walk to Cornwall Park, Pak n Save & Royal Oak mall with heaps of bus stops on along the way.
