About the property
The room has been freshly painted and furnished. There is an attick space that is also available if you want to set up a more private space for you to relax. We have added a fridge, so that you can keep your food safe, away from our family and friends. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, it is shared with the family. We are close to buses, trains, light rail and metro stations. There is parking in the street. We have many lovely restaurants, clubs, pubs shops locally. There are 3 schools nearby but they are pretty quiet. You won't be disturbed by them.

We are empty nesters with a spare room for rent. I am away most of the week and some weekends. My husband is at home but works during the day.
