About the property
🌿 Located Belfast, Christchurch. Within walking distance to bus and shopping center. Our house is a whimsical sanctuary filled with natural light and peaceful energy. We offer 1 bedroom that can come complete with a bed, drawers, Linen and towels if needed, and the home is fully equipped with kitchenware and major appliances—just bring yourself. Step outside and you’ll find a shared vegetable garden, surrounded by beautifully maintained fruit trees and flowers—ideal for unwinding or enjoying a quiet moment. There’s also some garage storage available, and all common areas (living room, bathroom, laundry) are shared. We take pride in maintaining a clean, respectful, and harmonious home. We share weekly household chores to keep things running smoothly. This is not a party house—we’re mostly introverted and value our peace, rest, and personal space. While we do enjoy the occasional small gathering, quiet living is the norm. You’ll be living with two flatmates: • One working professional (42) • One uni student (33) who also works in animal care. 🐾 Meet the Real Owners (the Cats) We share our home with two very affectionate indoor cats: • Pearl – a sweet, deaf girl who loves to play fetch. • Gucci – equally loving, with FIV. Both are desexed, adore human company, and will happily keep you supplied with cuddles and companionship. 🔍 Who We’re Looking For • A mature individual • Clean, tidy, and respectful • Someone who appreciates a quiet, cozy home • Comfortable living with animals (must love cats!)(We also foster other animals) Sorry we cannot allow other pets. 💰 Details • Rent: $235 per week • Expenses: Power & internet is divided up at the end of the month The room is available now If this sounds like your kind of home, we’d love to hear from you.
