🏡 Cozy Room for a Couple + Optional Home office/Sleepout - Rosebank Peninsula, Avondale Kia ora! 😊 We have a cozy bedroom available for a couple. The house is in a great spot - just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, 10 minutes to the bike lane, and with easy access to the motorway. There is also off-street parking available for 1–2 cars. The room is available from 15 September, although an earlier move-in date could potentially be negotiated. 🌿 About the house 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom Big garden with plenty of fruit trees: massive avocado trees, Mandarines, Lemon, Limes, Feijoa, Strawberry Guava, Blackberry, Plums, Banana, Peaches Not a party house (we're more into a relaxed, respectful home environment) 🛏️ The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. It has a built-in double wardrobe and great natural light. The current layout differs slightly from what's shown in the photos. 💰 Rent & bills $350 per week for the room — couples welcome Bills are usually around $20–25 per person per week. Bond: 3 weeks' rent ✨ And here's the bonus... We also have a separate sleep out in the garden that is currently used as an office, and we're open to renting this alongside the bedroom for just an extra $100 per week. If you work from home, this could be a really great setup — having a separate workplace from your living space, makes it so much easier to switch off at the end of the day.

👋 About the flatmates Ingrid, 30 - from Colombia, working as a reliever in a day care and studies Early Childhood Education. Keet, 29 - Brazilian/American, studying Animal Behaviour at Unitec and working as a dog groomer. She likes to write in her free time or be cozy in a corner with Milou her lovely dog, Milou, 4 - currently unemployed he volunteers for warm welcomes and receiving a good cuddle. 🐶 We're looking for someone who is chill and tidy, happy to contribute to a nice, comfortable home.
