About the property
Brand new house tucked on quiet Lane in The Clearings subdivision is Amberley. Sunny and private with off street parking, fully fenced largish yard with covered patio area. Open plan with large kitchen with all the mod cons. Gas cooktop and instant hot water system. Ducted heating and cooling thoughout. Laundry closet with washing machine and dryer in garage. Exterior security cameras Fully furnished. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house from mine with a door on the hallway that leads to 2 guest beds and family bath. The bedroom unfurnished it is bright, sunny, quite & private with a built in wardrobe and wired for TV, internet. You will only ever share the bathroom (heated towel rail, under tile heating) with occasional visitors staying in the guest bedroom. A bed and bedding can be supplied if required but would require additional weekly cost

About the flatmates
Quite, friendly, independent female and one older super friendly dog. The house is brand new so I do like to keep it all sparkly and new. Due to an ongoing injury I am pretty quiet, and easy going as long as you clean up after yourself
