About the property

Hey guys! Myself (21), my partner (21), and my cat Stanley (1), are looking for a roommate to join us in a 3 bedroom flat in Northland. We are relatively quiet people but enjoy an evening chat (and sometimes a beer) So would love someone to come socialise with us every now and again! Sam (my partner) is working in town with sometimes late hours so will be asleep during the day on 2(ish) days a week. We will be filling up 2 of the bedrooms in the home, and the cost of the other room will be $200 a week excluding expenses, which we will be splitting three ways. We are looking for someone to be moving in around the 15th of august! We would prefer a female/nb flatmate as that’s what I personally feel more comfortable with, although if any males want to reach out, we’d be happy to consider it!
