About the property

Hi! I'm looking for a female tenant to sublet my room to over Nov-> July 2027. If you are only keen on filling part of that time, I'm still interested to hear from you! The room comes fully furnished and includes; large desk, King single bed, drawers, large wardrobe, vanity & mirror, lamp & string lights If you want any of the furniture removed it's not a problem! There will be 3 other working/studying flatmates (2 men; 1 woman) Very chill and friendly. If you're into spontaneous movie nights, board games & obscure TV shows, this is the flat for you :) Rent includes flat items, power and wifi FEATURING Large front-facing windows offer ventilation and gentle morning light, sheltered from the street to keep your privacy A wardobe featuring 180cm worth of clothes rack, with additional shelving above Spacious garage with a shared chest freezer and plenty of space to store anything you want! (except, ironically, a car) Plenty of on-street parking For a house near a main road, the sound of traffic isn't actually that noticable. About the flatmates

We're a mixed Christian flat of students/working adults between ages 23-30. We're a moderately social flat, with casual living room hangouts and movie nights galore. We tidy up after ourselves (the dishwasher helps) and will otherwise clean up if called out. We've had minimal issues with needing to use the laundry/dryer/shower at the same time. Overall, this flat is pretty chill and a good space to spend the summer :)
