About the property

We have a room available in our brand-new townhouse in Riccarton! The house has two bedrooms, one main bathroom, one guest toilet downstairs and a modern, open-plan kitchen and living area. The location is super convenient, with Westfield Riccarton, supermarkets, shops, cafes and public transport all within easy walking distance. It’s also close to the University of Canterbury and an easy trip into the city. As it’s a new build, everything is fresh, modern and comfortable. It’s a great location with everything you need nearby! *Note- The house isn’t furnished like this but will be similar. Room can come Furnished (bed, desk/chair, side table)

About the flatmates

You’ll be living with a friendly couple in our early 20s. I’m just finishing my degree at the University of Canterbury and currently work part time, while my boyfriend is still studying. We’re both easygoing, friendly and tidy. We enjoy having a chat and spending time together but also appreciate having our own space. We’re not big party people or drinkers, and neither of us smoke. We prefer a relaxed and fairly quiet home environment. We’re looking for someone around a similar age who is friendly, tidy, respectful and has a similar lifestyle to us!
