About the flatmates

Well Abi who has been at the flat for 5 years has finished her PhD so is moving overseas fora job. So that means a room is available from the first weekend in September. Luke will also move out at the end of September so taking the chance to show both rooms. I'm just the landlord doing the admin the one flatmate (Kav mid 20s) staying will doing the showing around. I just know the place a bit better as used to live there and did the reno on the place. Kav has been there since Jan 2025 Kav is a professional working in engineering. Set up as a flat with gas hot water so that always is hot. Although the place has 4 rooms one of them stays empty as it only has one bathroom. The place has a small lounge so not a party place but it works well. Have the bills included in the rent as then it's just easier than paying separately for the: water, power, gas, internet Right now for the AI generated part that it had. A laid-back household of professionals and students who value a clean, respectful living space without being overly strict. Our flat has a nice balance — we're happy to socialise over dinner or a drink, but we also respect everyone's need for quiet time and personal space.
