The room is one of 4 in a two-storey flat on the south end of Clyde Street. Built in the 2000s, the flat is double-bricked and includes one toilet and a newly renovated shower separately. The whiteware, couches and dining room table are all included with the lease. The room for rent is a standard size on the top floor where the shower, toilet and 4th bedroom are located. The property is a ~5-minute walk to the university, ~15 minutes to the Octagon, and ~10 minutes to New World City Centre.

About the flatmates

You’ll be living with me, one guy and one girl. I will be going into a Bachelor of Nursing at the Polytechnic, and the others are studying Psychology and English. We’re all very easy-going, tidy and respectful; we can enjoy a good time but know when to lock in. I love the outdoors, sport and the occasional bevvy! We are preferably looking for a young male student to keep numbers even, but would be open to a female if she is the right fit!
