About the flatmates

I am looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share two bedroom apartment. I value a relaxed but tidy household where everyone gets along and respects shared spaces. Whether you're a student, backpacker, or young professional, I would love to meet someone easy-going and genuine who's keen to be part of a small community. If you're interested in a no-fuss living situation with great city views and a central location, let's chat! There are two floors and the apartment is located on the top floor. The spare room which became available is located next to deck from the back of building. There are two entrances one from the front and another from the back. This is a quiet neighbourhood and people are generally busy with their schedules. The room is unfurnished. I have a single folding bed at the moment in it which can be used or I can put it away if you want. The room is largest out of the two and has a good size wardrobe. The apartment was painted last year and the curtains were installed last year as well. Kitchen bench top is also new and installed last year. The house has central heating system and the room does not come with a heater. You may have to purchase heater for your room. I am starting full time study from 20th July. No gas heaters allowed and drying cloths inside the apartment is not permitted as per lease terms. The tenants are requested to be quiet at night.
