Room available in two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Auckland CBD, within walking distance of Woolworths, Warehouse, universities, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped, with a comfortable living area and balcony. Shared appliances include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and electric heater. Hot water and internet are included in the rent. Electricity is shared (approx $80/month total) and paid separately. Ideally looking for a feminine-identifying university student to flat with! Very happy to show you around if interested.

I’m a woman studying engineering at the University of Auckland! I’m friendly, considerate, and tidy. I’m involved in a few university clubs, so I’m often out and about, but I also enjoy a chill night in. Looking for someone who’s respectful and easygoing!
