The space: large studio (33 m2) with own shower bath, kitchenette and deck - your own appartment downstairs, with kitchen, dining, living room, deck and garden upstairs. The studio is furnished with a king-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser and built-in wardrobe, a table and 2 chairs, a rocking chair and small writing desk with office chair, and seating combo on the deck. The ideal flatmate(s) is/are working professionals, tidy, responsible, respectful and fun. Current flatmate in the house: a friendly cat and myself, a working professional that is outdoorsy, respectful of each other’s space and enjoys the occasional board game or movie night. I have advertised a double room upstairs as well, so the total number of flatmates may be 3 or 4. There is plenty of safe on-street parking, and one space off-street. The house is within walking distance to Mana train station, bus stops, local eateries and shops, including New World.
