About the property

The flat is a sunny 3 bedroom place and the room for rent is the master bedroom! It also comes with a double bed and a TV included, has a big mirrored wardrobe and 2 big windows letting in gorgeous natural light. I would describe the vibe of the house is calm, warm and safe! We do flat dinners when everyone is home and it just feels like a home. Key details would be: - The bus stop is a 30 second walk from out house - The neighbourhood is safe and we live on a cul-de-sac meaning not much noise - Water is covered by the landlord (we just water the trees over summer) - There is both on street and off street parking - Very friendly flat!

About the flatmates

We are ideally looking for another female flatmate, it's mainly a preference because we are all currently girls living at the flat. We would also preferably be after someone who is either a full time worker or student. Both of the other girls you would be living with are down to chat but also love their alone time too and whatever category you fit into will slot right in. We would be after someone who spends their time doing whatever they love! Whether that is arts and crafts, exercise, working or chilling (or partying) we aren't too fussed. The girls you would be living with do a mixture of these, they are both super artsy and love a yap, also love getting obsessed about a TV show/movie as a flat and watching it together.
