About the property

Located on Greers Road in Bryndwr (near Wairakei/Greers junction). Please note that bills are separate. One double room available to rent. It fits a queen size bed. It is fully furnished with a frame, mattress (two years old and always kept within its mattress protector), bedside tables, drawers, and cupboard. It even has a heat pump to keep you cool in Summer and warm in Winter! The rest of the house is fully furnished, and includes two dryers, so no waiting around for your clothes to dry in Winter. Gas for continuous high pressure hot water Fiber internet. One off street car parking space per room, with plenty of on street parking. There is a shared back garden. Looking for someone in the same age range (20's to 30's). Clean and tidy is a must! Great if you enjoy hanging out from time to time to play a board game, but no obligation. Smokers OK outside only. Employed or studying. Bond is two weeks rent. Rent is to be paid in advance. Bills are separate: In Winter bills are $60/week. The rest of the year bills are $40/week. Bills include: electricity, gas, broadband, toilet rolls, dish & hand soap, cleaning products, laundry powder. About the flatmates

Hey there, we're a flat of 3 currently. A couple (both working) in one room, and a student (Canterbury Uni) in the other. The largest room is available for rent. We're easy to get along with. Enjoy playing the odd board game as a flat (and if you're keen you're welcome to join). Otherwise, we mostly do our own things.
