ROOM AVAILABLE IN CBD We have 2 rooms available in a spacious 6 bedroom apartment, located right in the middle of the city. We are a 5 minute walk from the supermarket, other city shops and about 10 minutes from the university campus. The rooms come unfurnished, but the place has basic amenities in the lounge space and kitchen. The place has 2 bathrooms and the rent includes fortnightly cleaning service; dedicated wash space, and a large pantry. The building has secured access. The rent is $200 per week plus $20 for utilities on avg. We are looking for 2 easygoing individuals to join our apartment for the lease starting on 11 January next year.
