It prioritises people whose search criteria genuinely fit your listing, favours verified and complete profiles, and checks that the numbers actually work — if your room rent is higher than what a candidate has budgeted for a flatmate share, it skips them rather than wasting everyone's time. If a strong match hasn't verified their profile yet, AI Express gently encourages them to do so as part of the conversation, which builds trust before you even reply.
You're always the one in control
AI Express can answer straightforward questions on its own — things like bond amount, whether bills are included, or availability — but only when it's genuinely confident in the answer. The moment a candidate asks something it can't answer confidently, like a specific inspection time or a judgment call only you can make, it pauses and hands the conversation straight to you in Messages. From that point, it's hands-off: you're back in the driver's seat for that conversation, and you can jump into any AI Express conversation yourself at any time.
